1. Registration Fee is Non-Refundable

The registration fee paid for Mrs India – The Goddess is strictly non-refundable.

By completing your registration and making the payment, you acknowledge and agree that the registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Inability or unwillingness to participate.
• Failure to attend auditions or events.
• Personal, medical, professional, or travel reasons.
• Failure to qualify, be shortlisted, or be selected for any stage of the pageant.
• Disqualification due to non-compliance with eligibility criteria or pageant rules.
• Any other reason initiated by the participant.

2. No Guarantee of Selection

Payment of the registration fee only confirms your registration.

It does not guarantee:

• Selection for auditions.
• Qualification for subsequent rounds.
• Winning any title or award.
• Participation in any specific stage of the competition.

Non-selection or elimination at any stage does not entitle the participant to a refund.

3. Cancellation by Participant

If a participant chooses to withdraw, cancel, or discontinue participation after completing registration, no refund will be provided.

4. Event Changes

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, change the venue, change the format, or cancel any part of the pageant if required due to operational, legal, administrative, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Such changes shall not create any entitlement to a refund of the registration fee.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have made a duplicate payment due to a genuine technical or payment-processing error, please contact us immediately with the following information:

• Amount Paid

Any duplicate payment claim will be verified with the payment gateway and bank records.
