These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website mrsindiathegoddess.com (“Website”) and your participation in the Mrs India – The Goddess Season 4 pageant, including the online registration and audition process.
By using this Website, submitting the registration form, or making a registration payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About the Pageant
Mrs India – The Goddess Season 4 is a pageant and empowerment platform designed to provide participants with opportunities to showcase their personality, talent, confidence, skills and individuality.
The pageant may include online auditions, selection rounds, grooming activities, events, performances, judging, photography, media activities and other related activities as decided by the Organiser.
Participation in the pageant does not guarantee selection, qualification, a title, a crown, a prize, media exposure, employment, modelling opportunities or international representation.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The registration form may ask for information including:

Date of birth
City
Occupation
Height
Weight
Marital status
Country
Photographs
Other information required by the Organiser
The Organiser may verify the information submitted by a participant.
Providing false, incomplete, misleading or inaccurate information may result in disqualification or cancellation of registration without liability to the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to determine eligibility and selection criteria for the pageant.
3. Registration Fee
The Website currently displays a registration fee of ₹1,999/-, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The registration fee is for participation/registration in the applicable pageant process. Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee selection, qualification, winning a title, receiving a prize or any particular outcome.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is correct and that the payment is successfully completed.
4. Selection and Judging
Selection, auditions, shortlisting, judging and final results are determined by the Organiser and/or appointed judges, mentors or authorised representatives.
The Organiser may modify the selection process, judging criteria, schedule, venue, event format or related arrangements where reasonably necessary.
Decisions relating to selection, elimination, titles, rankings, awards and winners shall be made according to the applicable rules and criteria determined by the Organiser.
5. Pageant Schedule and Changes
The Organiser may change the date, time, venue, format, programme, judges, mentors, activities or other event arrangements due to operational, technical, safety, legal, governmental, venue-related or other circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed about significant changes through the contact details provided during registration or through the Website.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information.
Follow the instructions provided by the Organiser.
Behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, judges, mentors and guests.
Follow applicable pageant rules and schedules.
Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or unlawful behaviour.
Not interfere with the Website, registration system or other participants.
Attend scheduled activities when required.
Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals required for their own participation.
The Organiser may disqualify a participant for serious misconduct, violation of rules, fraudulent activity, false information or behaviour that may harm the reputation or safety of the event.
7. Photographs, Videos and Media
Participants may be photographed, recorded or filmed during pageant-related activities, events, auditions, grooming sessions, promotional activities and other official programmes.
By participating, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, interviews and other recordings may be used by the Organiser for legitimate promotional, marketing, editorial, social media, website, publicity and archival purposes, subject to applicable law.
Participants should not submit material that they do not have the right to use or share.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, videos, pageant branding, trademarks, articles and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Organiser or its respective rights holders.
You may view and use the Website for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use Website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Participant Content
If you submit photographs, information, text, videos or other content to the Organiser, you confirm that:
The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or misleading.
You give the Organiser permission to use submitted content for purposes connected with registration, auditions, judging, administration, promotion, publicity and operation of the pageant, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We try to keep the Website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available.
