A participant who has registered for the pageant and later decides not to participate may contact the Organiser to request cancellation of their registration.

Cancellation of a registration does not automatically mean that the registration fee will be refunded.

2. How to Request Cancellation

Where the Organiser cancels a participant’s participation because of a violation of the rules or misconduct, a refund is not guaranteed.

Any refund will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Cancellation or Postponement of the Pageant

The Organiser may need to cancel, postpone, reschedule or change the format of the pageant due to circumstances such as:

• Government restrictions.

• Public safety concerns.

• Natural disasters.

• Venue-related issues.

• Technical problems.

• Unforeseen operational circumstances.

• Force majeure events.

• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If such a situation occurs, participants will be informed through available communication channels where reasonably possible.

Any refund or alternative arrangement will be determined according to the circumstances and communicated by the Organiser.

6. Non-Selection Is Not a Cancellation

If a participant is not shortlisted or selected for a particular stage of the competition, this will not be treated as a cancellation by the Organiser.

Any refund request related to non-selection will be considered separately under the Refund Policy.

7. Event Schedule Changes

The Organiser may change event dates, venues, audition arrangements, schedules, judging arrangements, grooming activities or other pageant-related activities where reasonably necessary.

A change in schedule does not automatically entitle a participant to cancellation or refund.

8. Duplicate or Accidental Registration

If you accidentally register more than once or make a duplicate payment, please notify us as soon as possible.
